The search for the best cookies in Lisbon is over! @cookies.coolkids dropped off a sneak peak Christmas box and they are the ooeyiest, gooeyiest cookies I’ve ever tried! The chocolatey filling is a 10/10!!

Pick up in São Pedro do Estoril daily, or schedule a delivery to Lisbon on Saturdays.

The last part of this reel was the long-awaited tasting, and the cookies were demolished in less than 2 minutes!

I heard a rumor that there’s a BYOB speakeasy-style bar in Lisbon, and when @rumourslisbon invited me to visit, I HAD to check it out!

Owner/ mixologist Stefano told us about customers who challenged him to create cocktails based on classical music and jazz, and we decided to look to the stars for inspiration! I’m a Leo dating a Cancer, so we asked Stefano to create a fire + water cocktail! You can see that one in slide #3!

Every cocktail was created with handmade syrups, fresh herbs, and mixology methods unlike I’d ever seen before! On slide 5, you can see the mixture that would (over the course of a couple of hours) become a crystal-clear clarified piña colada (slide 6)!

@kitchenette_popupcafe is closed for summer holidays, but I’m reminiscing about the @matoligelato x @kitchenette.pt Sandwich of the Month which, TBH, is the only sandwich I want to eat from now on! The homemade croissant was caramelized, stuffed with banoffee ice cream, drizzled with salted caramel, and finished with Lotus crumbles.

Can’t wait to see what sandwich they’ll dream up in September!

Thanks to three birthday desserts and one trick candle, I got a LOT of wishes this year, but it was hard to think of things to ask for because I’m pretty dang happy with how things are right now 😍 Thank you to everyone who made me feel so seen and loved on my birthday (and everyday)! And the icing (literally and figuratively) on top was @rosa_choc_confeitaria, who made the most fun and delicious cake!! 😍 Here’s hoping 37 stays exactly this sweet!
